A must have for any BMW owner

I purchased the Carly App over a year ago. This app is a great tool for anyone who wants to enable additional features on their BMW. With a simple coding interface, users can easily make changes to their car. One of the more useful options to code is the ability to roll up your windows and sun roof by pressing and holding the lock buttion on the Key Fob. (see app for full list of coding options for your E series or F-Series car) Another great feature allows you to register a new battery to the car. BMW requires that the battery voltage info be stored in its computer to ensure proper charging with the alternator. The dealer normally charges $100 or more to have a new battery registered. That feature alone will pay for the app and the OBD2 wireless reader. The OBD2 dongle can be purchased on Amazon. One last feature that makes this app even more useful is the ability to read fault codes. You can easily figure out what the check engine light means and find other fault codes related to headlight/tailight bulbs or other advanced BMW systems installed in your car. I applaud the creators of the Carly app. They continually add features and have recently added help documents and support for F series cars.
