Good program/ no support

Before you spend any money on this app do your research. They force you to purchase their adapter which is very expensive. I installed the app then they ask me to send them my diagnostics results only to tell you that they cant do anything for you without their expensive adapter. I wouldnt mind paying more for an app that actually works. Instead your stuck with having to order more hardware from them. Overall great concept if they dont nickel and dime you.
